Errol Gluck’s Gluck Solutions: SEO Case Study on Hypnosis NYC Moved to First Page in 6 Steps
Just a brief review of how we finally got a competitive term, “hypnosis NYC” for Gluck Solutions. It really was just the usual SEO tactics, but YouTube video additions really helped.
- It started with editing the website’s text to include the term “hypnosis NYC” in the beginning and end of the page or pages.
- Since I couldnt rename the URL of the page, I then created a bunch of blog posts with that term, as well as to many micro blog sites such as Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- As I mentioned, there was a good boost, as expected, from video’s optimized for YouTube–that pushed it from the second page to the first page.
- Article writing focused on hypnosis NYC and publishing to a bunch of sites helped.
- Industry specific sites and blogs moved the term up.
- Lastly, the addition of local search, such as Google Places, was a big help as well.
Glad we got movement on that!
